Pervez Iqbal
MACH2 Aviation was founded by Pervez Iqbal, a pilot whose journey began at age 16—and continues with unwavering passion today. Starting in the Air Force, he honed his skills in the demanding environment of jet fighter operations.
After 12 years of distinguished service, retiring with the rank of Major, he expanded his horizons by obtaining Air Transport Pilot licenses from both the FAA and Canadian Transport Canada.
Over 45 years of civilian flying followed—from nimble Learjets to the mighty Boeing 707, 727, 737NG, 757, and 767. His logbook tells stories of remote Central Asian airstrips, challenging African terrain, and operations in unstable regions worldwide.
